Description

Dr. Thomas E. Mangum, Sr. and Rachel Sellman Mangum first moved to Nampa in 1918 where Dr. Thomas Mangum helped establish the Samaritan Hospital in conjunction with the Northwest Nazarene Collge. After a few years in Texas, they returned to Nampa and had a total of six children. Their second son, Robert also entered the medical profession.
