Description

Jack moved to Nampa in 1923 to join his mother. He began working for the railroad in 1927 and describes various incidents and developments related to the railroad, such as women joining the workforce around the time of World War II. Jack expresses dislike for the way Nampa has developed, but believes it is still “the best town in the state.”
